Weddign Dress Search

So over the weekend we decided to go to a couple of bridal stores...O-M-G...they were CRAZY! The moment we walked in there were almost a million people all over the place! No matter where we looked or went it felt like we were shoulder to shoulder with everyone! I started to feel a little overwhelmed though, i must admit. We started to look at the wedding dresses and instead of getting a feel for what i wanted, i only found thing i DIDN'T want!! Everything was just too hectic for me. I started to wonder if I'm really going to find a dress I'll LOVE!!!!   Then, we started to look at bridesmaids dresses and that was just as crazy! :( i couldn't find a design i like and we still haven't decided on colors! So we bought little fabric cut out (FOR $1/piece REALLY?!?!?!) and we're trying to figure out whats better! UGHHHHHHHHHHH I know i still have over a year, but i think my hair is starting to fall out already! -Lacey

Getting Started

Well, we've been engaged for a few weeks now and I must say, its a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. But I know when it comes down to the day that I'm walking down that aisle towards him, and we're locking eyes, that all of this stressful planning will be worth it! I know we don't plan on having our wedding for about another year and a half, but there is still sooooooo much to do! Getting a guest list together, alone, is difficult. We've started to search for a ceremony/reception site but it seems like we just cant find anything that we both are falling in love with. Maybe its because there's still snow on the ground so maybe its just hard for us to envision what it will look like in the summer. But I know for sure that in about 60 or so years, looking back on all of this, I'll be smiling to myself knowing that I found the one guy I am supposed to spend the rest of my life with!
